Immigration Medical Exam: Tests and Fees
Which tests you need depends on your age. Your medical exam and blood and urine tests, completed at our clinic on the same day.

Here's what you can expect during your visit:
Photo: A photo will be taken at our clinic, so there is no need to bring a passport photo.
Same-day exam completion: Your medical exam and blood/urine tests will be completed at our clinic on the same day, depending on your age and specific requirements from IRCC.
Urine test: If you are 5 years of age or older, you will need to provide a urine sample.
No fasting required: You can have your meal before your visit. Fasting is NOT required for the exam.
eMedical reporting: We use the eMedical system to send your medical reports directly and promptly to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The completed file will be transmitted within 5-10 days.
At the end of your visit, you will receive an information sheet that includes your photo and case number. This document is proof that you completed your immigration medical exam.
